Site work is underway for the 497,952-square-foot, cross-dock, speculative facility along I-26 in central South Carolina. The building is expandable to 663,836 square feet, the largest expandable spec building ever to be constructed in the market. It is equipped to facilitate cross-dock distribution operations and will be 36’ clear, which will enhance warehousing speed and productivity required by state-of-the-art users. The building is on schedule to deliver in Q2 2023.
